I called at 8:00 a.m., and the owner answered personally and quickly dispatched Jason to my home. Jason arrived earlier than the estimated time and contacted me beforehand to let me know he was on the way. I showed him the issue and explained everything I had already tried before calling a plumber. He confirmed that I had done everything correctly and explained that this was the type of problem the average homeowner, without the proper plumbing skill set, generally would not be able to fix on their own. Jason was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain the plumbing issue in a way that was easy to understand. Before leaving, he even gave me a helpful home-remedy tip for maintaining my drains. The service was prompt, professional, and courteous, and the price was more than reasonable. I would definitely recommend TLC Plumbing and would not hesitate to use them again.

I ask for service ASP, he was there within 2 hours. This was a major issue and Tom was the least bid, excellent in every way.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Called them for a second opinion on a pipe that a national chain told me I needed replaced, quoted me at $15,000. Yancy came by within a few hours of my inquiry. Explained the entire process to me, showed me what he was looking at, and gave me good feedback. The crew was a pleasure to work with as they helped me overcome some hurdles we encountered during our irrigation install. After digging up our mainline, we saw pretty clearly that it was old and in need of replacement. This crew was out the next day and had us back up and moving in no time.  Verified We had an issue where a clogged sink somehow mushroomed into any water used in house would gurgle back up into the basement tub.  We were terrified at the possibility of what could be wrong.  We called Tom at TLC plumbing and he came over that afternoon.  After a lot of investigation including sending a video camera down our pipes, he was able to find the culprit!  Some lovely raspberry bushes that I had planted a decade earlier literally cracked the pipe leaving our home and created a 70% blockage.  After the diagnosis, Tom suggested replacing that section of pipe along with an exterior cleanout trap to keep such nastiness from happening in the future. If you are looking for a genuinely good, fair and professional plumber who also lives in the Dallas Area, look no further than TLC plumbing!!!

 Verified I had 4 plumbers to come to my resident that could not find the problem, also, had 2 leak detectors.   I paid out money for nothing with the other companies.   I had other plumbing companies give me all sorts of crazy quotes and extra add on to my problem and stress level.  Tons of water being leaked underground.   I had the report from the water company and the other plumbers still did not know what to do to fix the problem, my problem lasted 6 weeks due to all the other plumbers.    Finally, I called TLC Plumbing and was able to reach Tom, and he sent out his representative right away, who, gave me a fair price for the job, after his representative talk with me and explained everything that needed to be done, to install a new waterline.  I was able to hire TLC right away for this job and TLC Plumber Tom fixed my waterline leak the next day.    Tom's crew were friendly straight to the point and honest about my issue.   Did not exaggerate the problem like other plumbers did.   If you want plumbers who know what they are doing, get right to work, and are honest, with professional grade work, these guys are your go to.   I am so relieved that the water line leak issue are job is completed, such great work!    I am going to refer everyone I know to this company who need services.    Thank You Again to TLC!  Verified I have to say a big Thank You to Tom with TLC Plumbing. He is awesome! We had to buy a new dishwasher and when the delivery men brought out the new unit to install they could not get the water line disconnected from under the sink without it breaking and flooding our cabinets.  I called Tom with TLC Plumbing on a Saturday afternoon and told him what the issue was and to see when he could come by to fix it. From the time we called him to the time it was fixed was no more than 2 hours. It was beyond anything we could have hoped for and we really appreciated that he was able to take care of this on a Saturday and short notice. He will be my go to plumber in the future.  Verified Yesterday Tom Lebhaft himself arrive at my house in the pouring rain and immediately went to work repairing a leak in the water line from near the meter to the house. Less than 45 minutes later, the line was dug up, repaired, hole in flower bed covered and cleaned up. VERY fair price, excellent work. HIGHLY recommend TLC Plumbing!!

 Verified We discovered we had deteriorating copper water piping in our two story home. The prognosis was the pipes would continue to develop leaks and the only solution was to replace the entire system.  After 3 estimates and a referral from friends, we chose TLC plumbing. Shelby explained the process and politely and patiently answered all our questions during the estimate and throughout the repair process. Of course, plumbing running through the walls and across the ceilings cannot be accessed without opening up those walls and ceilings. This creates another repair job. Shelby listed the drywall repair costs separate and we were free to chose it or someone else. The other plumbing companies did not offer drywall repair. Shelby works closely with J.C., a very capable drywall repairman and painter. Shelby said "J.C.'s job is to make it look as if I never was here." That's exactly what he did. Pipe replacement took 2 1/2 days. We were without water only a few hours the second day. By that evening, Shelby had our water back on in the kitchen and a downstairs bathroom so we didn't have to leave the house. Shelby brought Kasey with him to help with the plumbing and J.C. came the following week to repair and paint the drywall. All three of these men are very knowledgeable, polite and courteous. We were well pleased with our experience throughout the process.
