Here’s a tighter, more natural Google-review version: Excellent service from TLC Plumbing. I called at 8:00 a.m., and the owner answered personally and quickly dispatched Jason to my home. Jason arrived earlier than the estimated time and contacted me beforehand to let me know he was on the way. I showed him the issue and explained everything I had already tried before calling a plumber. He confirmed that I had done everything correctly and explained that this was the type of problem the average homeowner, without the proper plumbing skill set, generally would not be able to fix on their own. Jason was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain the plumbing issue in a way that was easy to understand. Before leaving, he even gave me a helpful home-remedy tip for maintaining my drains. The service was prompt, professional, and courteous, and the price was more than reasonable. Got TLC number from a plumbing supply company. This is one of the best companies/ owners (Tom) I've ever dealt with. I ask for service ASP, he was there within 2 hours. This was a major issue and Tom was the least bid, excellent in every way. I don't usually do  surveys but when exceptional service is given by anyone this is the least I can do. Called them for a second opinion on a pipe that a national chain told me I needed replaced, quoted me at $15,000. Yancy came by within a few hours of my inquiry. Explained the entire process to me, showed me what he was looking at, and gave me good feedback. Didn't need anything replaced at all, didn't try to upsell me on anything. Didn't charge me a dime. This crew performed some work for us that was subbed out from another plumbing company. The crew was a pleasure to work with as they helped me overcome some hurdles we encountered during our irrigation install. After digging up our mainline, we saw pretty clearly that it was old and in need of replacement. This crew was out the next day and had us back up and moving in no time.
